Our Team
Robert Egan – General Manager
Bob started his marketing career in classic consumer packaged goods, managing and building brands with sales of $100 million or more. He became a serial start-up executive with multiple Internet and consumer technology companies before starting Wharf Research. Bob knows how good insights should inform important business decisions. He is passionate about seeking the answers to "why", and finding creative solutions to challenging problems.
Jennifer Burlington – Business Development Manager
Jen understands how to quickly identify clients' research needs and offer value-added solutions. With extensive experience in full-service and field & focus business development, she helps clients apply the right techniques for gathering the insights they need. She has worked with clients from just about every industry, and has first-hand knowledge on a diverse array of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Jen,s unique combination of tenacity and creativity in any situation makes her the ideal person to call when seeking solutions to your business challenge.
Molyka Chea – Project Management and Operations Manager
Molyka is a seasoned, hands-on research Project Manager, and has years of operations and recruiting experience in field services and focus group companies. She touches and oversees every aspect of a study: developing spot-on screeners, supervising the recruitment staff, assisting moderators and providing client services. Her eye to detail, resourcefulness and commitment to deadlines have been serving her clients well over the years. Molyka's fascination with insights continues outside of work through world travel and people watching.
